The ICCM5 Bureau at its meeting held on 21 July 2021 agreed to convene regional briefings in early September 2021 with the following objectives:
- To inform the regions on the results of the survey on the design of the future virtual work;
- IP Co-chairs to present a way forward in the intersessional process;
- To give regions the opportunity to provide feedback to the SAICM Secretariat and IP Co-chairs; and
- To give regions the opportunity to discuss their perspectives amongst themselves.
