The secretariat has made provisions for side-events to be held during lunch each day from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Stakeholders interested in offering a side-event at the Conference should formally submit a request using the form below:

Exhibition Space:
SAICM stakeholders are welcome to request exhibition space at the Conference venue using the form below.

The e-mail should contain the words REQUEST FOR EXHIBITION SPACE in the subject line. The secretariat will try to honour all requests but this can not be guaranteed. Requests will therefore be treated on a first come first served basis.
