The ICCM resolution establishedthe QSP Trust Fund Implementation Committee, which consists of representatives of participating organizations of the Inter-Organization Programme for the Sound Management of Chemicals (IOMC)* and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The Implementation Committee meets twice a year to review and appraise project proposals seeking funding through the trust fund. The ImplementationCommittee also makes recommendations on the trust fund application procedures and project management to the Executive Board. The ImplementationCommittee reports to the Executive Board through a committee of the Board comprising regional representatives and donors to the trust fund.Rules of procedure of the QSP Trust
