Please note that on Saturday, March 3, 2012, the Government of Canada will publish in the Canada Gazette, Part I, a Notice of Intent to amend the Domestic Substances List to apply the Significant New Activity provisions of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 to two substances in Batch 7 of the Challenge initiative under the Chemicals Management Plan.
